When ordering please use the part numbers indicated in the catalogue.

Claims will not be accepted if we receive them 8 (eight) days after the reception of

the order.

After this period the goods will be considered tacitly accepted.

The goods travel at customer’s risk, even if Meclube organizes DAP shipment.

Except previously agreed, all prices are to be intended EX WORKS Bondeno di

Gonzaga (MN), Incoterms 2020.

In case of late payments for any reason, including missed reception of statements

of account, the buyer has to pay to the seller the annual interest in force at the

moment of the sale, in the amount indicated on the invoice.

Any change of faulty products can be made to MECLUBE according to DAP

Incoterms, and after having received our authorization.

The company MECLUBE takes no responsibilities for missing goods or damaged

parcels caused by the shipment.

For any controversy only the Court of Mantua will entertain jurisdiction.

Specifications, dimensions, features and colours reported in this website are not

accessories, can be modified without any notice.
